An easy energy smoothie is our go-to start of our day! As parents to two energetic preschool aged children, we’re always looking for ways to boost our energy levels. We love packing nutrient dense foods into smoothies for a natural way to sustain our energy throughout the day.
Although Greg will reach for that cup of coffee mid-morning, we both make sure we have one of our energy smoothies with a healthy bite of breakfast first thing in the morning.
We prefer smoothies over juice to retain the fiber. We switch up the ingredients in our smoothies most days, but do our best to always include any superfoods that aren’t overbearing in taste.
