We regularly eat the foods listed below daily, and ensure we have them readily available when things get overwhelming before we get too fatigued.

Strawberries: vitamin C lowers cortisol which is the body's primary stress hormone

Avocados: B vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids can provide stress relief
Turmeric: enhances your mood
